There is electricity nearby but any other utilities would have to be confirmed. The property has not yet been surveyed.  The legal description is the best definition of the property but a survey would be needed to confirm the boundaries.

Also, it is surrounded by Joshua Tree Resource Conservation, JT/RC land (Bunker Mtn.) to the north, south and west as you can see in the zoning map further below on this page. This guarantees at least three sides of the property will remain open and natural.

Land prices usually lag but will follow home prices.  Joshua Tree home values have gone up 24.4%  over the past year and Zillow predicts they will rise 12.1% this year. Now is the time to purchase.

This is a really nice parcel if this is what you are looking for. At an elevation of about 2600′ vs. the surrounding desert at around 2400′, the property is really isolated by the surrounding hills and private land on 3 sides. This is the place to get away from it all but yet be so close to civilization.
