• Decade long hospital deadlock broken with a new $10 million facility in Los Lunas and a $15 million acute care facility in Belen.
• New $23 million Niagara Water bottling plant in Los Lunas.
• New $65 million UNM main campus Physics & Astronomy building in Albuquerque.

Recreation:

Tierra Grande land owners, one of which could easily be you, also own over 14,000 acres of pristine Open Space (mountain property) including the Abo Arroyo/Canyon and Black Butte.  These lands are being conserved for your use with much of the acreage bordering the majestic Manzano Mountains.
